Aufgaben ##

Unser Team im Spezialtiefbau realisiert anspruchsvolle Projekte in der ganzen Schweiz. Dazu gehören Baugrubensicherungen, Pfahlfundationen, Ankerarbeiten sowie Sondier- und Zielbohrungen. Mit einem breit diversifizierten Maschinenpark sowie motivierten Mitarbeitenden setzen wir komplexe Bauvorhaben zuverlässig um.

  • Du führst anspruchsvolle Baustellen und trägst die Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine und finanziellen Erfolg
  • Du leitest dein Baustellenteam und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf vor Ort
  • Du setzt die Vorgaben in den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz und Umweltschutz konsequent um
  • Du verantwortest Materialbestellungen sowie die Leistungserfassung und Rapportierung
  • Du arbeitest aktiv bei Bohrarbeiten, Spritzbetonarbeiten und Injektionen mit

Qualifikation ##

  • Berufliche Grundbildung im Bauhauptgewerbe
  • Weiterbildung als Polier:in
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Spezialtiefbau
  • Flexibilität bezüglich Arbeitszeiten und -ort
  • Erfahrung mit digitaler Rapportierung von Vorteil
  • Gültiger Führerausweis
  • Fliessend in Deutsch
