Für unsere Kunden im Bauhauptgewerbe suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen erfahrenen und verantwortungsbewussten Polier (m/w/d).

Sie verfügen über Führungserfahrung auf Baustellen, behalten auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Bauarbeiten? Dann freuen wir uns auf Ihre Bewerbung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung und Koordination des Baustellenpersonals
  • Organisation und Überwachung der täglichen Baustellenabläufe
  • Umsetzung der Vorgaben der Bau- und Projektleitung
  • Koordination von Mitarbeitenden, Subunternehmen und Lieferanten
  • Sicherstellung der fachgerechten und termingerechten Ausführung der Arbeiten
  • Kontrolle von Qualität, Terminen und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Planung und Organisation von Material, Maschinen und Personal
  • Rapportwesen sowie Erfassung der geleisteten Arbeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Teilnahme an Baustellenbesprechungen
  • Einhaltung der geltenden Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorschriften

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauhauptgewerbe, beispielsweise als Maurer EFZ oder Strassenbauer EFZ
  • Weiterbildung zum Polier oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Baugewerbe
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Baustellenteams
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Bauabläufe und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisations- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B von Vorteil
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Freude an der Arbeit auf der Baustelle
