Deine Aufgaben

  • Operative Verantwortung auf unterschiedlichen Baustellen für die Umsetzung der Vorgaben des Bauführers
  • Führung und Betreuung der zugeteilten Mitarbeitenden, inkl. Erstellung und Umsetzung der Wochen\- und Tagesplanung
  • Sicherstellung eines bedarfs\- und termingerechten Einsatzes des Bauinventars, der Maschinen, usw. auf der Baustelle
  • Zuständig für die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheit und die Durchsetzung der Vorschriften

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Strassenbauer oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung als Polier / Vorarbeiter
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Baubranche sowie in der operativen Führung von Mitarbeitern
  • Organisatorisches Geschick und Fähigkeit, flexibel auf unvorhergesehene Herausforderungen zu reagieren
  • Komplexe Bauprojekte spornen dich an
