Polisseur de boîtiers de montres en saphir et céramique – 100 % (H/F)

Le poste est principalement axé sur la fabrication, l’usinage et la finition de boîtiers et de verres en saphir.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Polissage et usinage de boîtiers et de verres en saphir
  • Collage de verres en saphir sur des boîtiers en céramique
  • Contrôle qualité des composants en céramique et en saphir
  • Garantir le respect des exigences de production, des normes de qualité et des délais
  • Entretien et maintenance des machines, outils et moyens de production
  • Participation à l’optimisation des processus de production
  • Participation au développement de nouveaux produits et à la réalisation de prototypes
  • Prise en charge d’autres tâches au sein de l’entreprise selon les besoins

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d’une formation technique ou de plusieurs années d’expérience dans l’usinage du saphir, de la céramique ou de matériaux haute performance comparables
  • Bonnes connaissances techniques dans les domaines du meulage, du polissage ou de l’usinage de précision
  • Expérience dans le traitement du saphir, de la céramique ou de matériaux similaires
  • Sens aigu de la qualité et grande précision dans le travail
  • Œil exercé pour détecter les moindres détails et les plus petites irrégularités
  • Créativité et intérêt pour le développement de nouvelles formes de boîtiers et de nouveaux types de finitions
  • Passion pour la mécanique et intérêt pour les aspects techniques
  • Méthode de travail autonome, structurée et responsable
  • Bonnes capacités de communication en allemand et/ou en français
