Pour le compte d-un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un polisseur expérimenté  (H/F).

Vos futures responsabilités :

  • Vous réaliserez les différentes opérations de terminaison sur des composants horlogers.
  • Vous effectuerez le polissage, l-avivage et le satinage des surfaces selon les critères esthétiques définis.
  • Vous assurerez la préparation des surfaces avant les différentes étapes de finition.
  • Vous réaliserez les opérations de pré-polissage et de finition en respectant les gammes opératoires.
  • Vous travaillerez sur différentes géométries et matières, dans le respect des exigences propres à chaque pièce.
  • Vous veillerez au respect des formes, angles, arêtes et dimensions lors des opérations de terminaison.
  • Vous effectuerez le contrôle visuel et esthétique des pièces à chaque étape du processus.
  • Vous réaliserez les contrôles dimensionnels à l-aide des instruments de mesure appropriés.

Votre profil :

  • Vous justifiez d-une expérience confirmée en polissage et avivage, idéalement sur des composants d-habillage horloger.
  • Vous maîtrisez les principales techniques de terminaison et de finition de composants horlogers.
  • Vous êtes au bénéfice d-une formation modulaire en horlogerie, idéalement orientée vers la terminaison - un atout.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d-un AFP de Polisseur ou d-une formation jugée équivalente - un atout.
  • Une expérience pratique significative dans le domaine du polissage peut également être considérée en l-absence de formation diplômante.
  • Vous disposez de connaissances en terminaison manuelle, automatique ou semi-automatique - un atout.
  • Vous êtes à l-aise avec les opérations de polissage, avivage, satinage et préparation de surfaces.
  • Vous connaissez les exigences esthétiques et les standards de qualité propres au secteur horloger.
  • Vous êtes capable d-identifier les défauts de surface et d-effectuer les retouches nécessaires.
  • Vous possédez une excellente acuité visuelle ainsi qu-une très bonne dextérité manuelle.
  • Vous faites preuve de précision, minutie et rigueur, avec un sens aigu du détail.
  • Vous êtes une personne autonome, consciencieuse et organisée dans votre travail.
  • Vous savez maintenir un niveau de qualité élevé dans un environnement de production exigeant.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et collaborez efficacement avec les différents intervenants de la production.
  • Vous êtes disponible et disposé(e) à travailler en horaires d-équipes 2x8.
