Au sein d'un atelier « pilote », vous réalisez principalement des opérations de polissage manuel et de terminaison en habillage horloger. CDI - Taux 100% - Horaires de journée Mandatés par un de nos clients, nous recherchons un/e:

Description du job ###

  • Réaliser les opérations de polissage manuel, avivage et préparation feutrage
  • Assurer les terminaisons complètes sur machines conventionnelles en habillage horloger
  • Préparer les surfaces et effectuer les reprises nécessaires avant finition
  • Intervenir ponctuellement sur machines CNC simples robotisées pour certaines opérations
  • Effectuer les contrôles dimensionnels et esthétiques des composants
  • Définir les gammes de polissage et participer aux outillages / posages spécifiques
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue et suivre les indicateurs journaliers de production

Profil ###

  • Formation de polisseur ou de termineur en habillage horloger ou jugée équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée en polissage manuel et terminaisons horlogères
  • Bonne dextérité, sens esthétique, rigueur, autonomie et souci du détail
  • Connaissances CNC appréciées ; la double compétence polissage manuel / CNC est un fort atout
