DESCRIPTION DU POSTE Au sein de notre atelier de mécanique de précision, vous serez responsable de l'usinage et de la programmation sur Fusion 360 de pièces unitaires et petites séries sur des machines Brother à 3 et 4 axes. Vous serez amenée à être force de proposition dans la stratégie d’usinage. MISSIONS PRINCIPALES ● Programmation et usinage de pièces en CNC (fraisage) ● Lecture et interprétation de plans techniques et de cahiers des charges ● Optimisation des gammes d'usinage pour améliorer la productivité ● Contrôle qualité des pièces usinées et respect des tolérances ● Maintenance préventive et maintenance de premier niveau des machines PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Nous recherchons un professionnel passionné par la mécanique de précision, capable de travailler en autonomie et soucieux de la qualité. Vous êtes rigoureux, méthodique et avez le souci du détail. Votre motivation pour l'usinage sur pièces unitaires et petites séries est primordiale. COMPÉTENCES REQUISES ● Maîtrise confirmée de la programmation CNC (fraisage) ● Expérience de 6 à 10 ans minimum en usinage CNC ● Connaissance des machines 3 et 4 axes ● Maîtrise de la FAO (Connaissance de Fusion 360 est un plus) ● Connaissance des tolérances ISO et des instruments de mesure de précision ● Lecture fluide de plans techniques ● Compétences en maintenance préventive des machines ● Esprit d'initiative et capacité à résoudre les problèmes ● Travaille en autonomie COMPÉTENCES APPRÉCIÉES ● Expérience en programmation manuelle et en simulation CNC ● Connaissance de systèmes de programmation spécifiques (FANUC) ● Expérience en usinage de pièces unitaires complexes ● Certification en mécanique ou domaine connexe CONDITIONS ET AVANTAGES ● Contrat de durée indéterminée (CDI) ● Équipements et outils de travail modernes ● Ambiance de travail collaborative et stimulante PROCÉDURE DE CANDIDATURE Merci d'adresser votre CV et une lettre de motivation à : Gaetan Sandoz GGTEC Sàrl Email : [email protected] Téléphone : 076 343 10 08
