Votre mission :

  • Usiner des pièces mécaniques sur machines conventionnelles et/ou CNC
  • Réaliser les réglages, montages et mises en train des machines
  • Lire et interpréter des plans techniques et des dessins mécaniques
  • Effectuer les opérations de fraisage, tournage, perçage et ajustage selon les besoins
  • Contrôler les dimensions et la qualité des pièces fabriquées à l'aide des instruments de mesure appropriés
  • Effectuer l'assemblage, le montage et la mise au point de composants et sous-ensembles mécaniques
  • Participer à la maintenance et à l'entretien des machines et des équipements
  • Identifier les éventuels défauts ou problèmes techniques et contribuer à leur résolution
  • Respecter les exigences de qualité, de sécurité et les délais de production
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de production, de maintenance et les autres services techniques

Profil ###

Profil souhaité :

  • Titulaire d'un CFC de polymécanicien/ne, mécanicien/ne de production ou d'une formation technique équivalente
  • Expérience professionnelle dans l'usinage et la mécanique, idéalement sur machines CNC et/ou conventionnelles
  • Maîtrise des techniques d'usinage : fraisage, tournage, perçage et ajustage
  • Aisance dans l'utilisation des instruments de mesure et dans le contrôle dimensionnel
  • Sens aigu de la précision, de la qualité et du travail soigné
  • Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d'équipe et sens des responsabilités
