Fraises & Outils SELECTION FOS SA est une PME familiale spécialisée dans la fabrication d-outils de coupe, plus spécialement de fraises en acier et métal dur. Reconnu pour la qualité de nos outils Swiss Made, nous exploitons un savoir-faire transmis depuis 5 générations et nous sommes leader mondial de notre marché. Grâce à notre parc de machines moderne et automatisé (Fanuc Robodrill, Anca, CMZ), nous assurons toutes les étapes de la fabrication de nos outils dans notre atelier, depuis la matière première jusqu-à l-outil fini.

 

Mission principale

Réaliser des pièces mécaniques en tournage CNC et participer à la fabrication de différentes fraises en assurant le réglage de différentes CNC du processus de fabrication.

Grantir la qualité, la fiabilité et le respect des délais de production tout en contribuant activement à l'amélioration technique et à l'optimisation des processus de fabrication.

 

Production et fabrication

Réglage d-un tour CNC CMZ à quatre axes avec commande Fanuc, contre broche et outils rotatifs. Réglage sur un parc de machines CNC 5 axes (Fanuc Robodrill), rectifieuses ainsi que certaines opérations manuelles. Participer activement à la fabrication, à la mise au point et à l'entretien d'outillages. Garantir la conformité des pièces produites selon les exigences techniques et qualité.

 

Réglage et suivi des machines

Régler, programmer et contrôler les machines CNC afin d'assurer un fonctionnement optimal. Veiller au bon déroulement des opérations d'usinage et intervenir en cas d'écarts ou de problèmes techniques. Optimiser les processus d'usinage et les paramètres de production.

 

Qualité et contrôle

Garantir la qualité de la production à travers l'utilisation d'instruments de mesure. Assurer la traçabilité et la conformité des pièces produites.

 

Votre profil

Polymécanicien, technicien en microtechnique ou CFC micro mécanicien. Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 ans. Programmation (commandes Fanuc). Bonne maîtrise de l'usinage CNC 5 axes. Connaissances en programmation CNC et FAO. Expérience en rectification plane et cylindrique. Expérience dans les outils de mesure de précision.

 

Compétences personelles

Autonomie et sens des responsabilités. Motivation, rigueur et conscience professionnelle. Polyvalence et capacité d'adaptation. Esprit d'équipe et capacité de collaboration entre secteurs. Proactivité et force de proposition pour les améliorations techniques.

 

Langues

Français courant indispensable

Anglais technique est un atout pour la lecture de documentation.
