Socorex Isba SA est une PME familiale suisse réputée mondialement par la qualité et la fiabilité de ses produits dans leurs marchés de niche spécifiques. A partir de son site d'Ecublens, elle fabrique et distribue dans le monde entier une gamme étendue d'instruments de précision pour le dosage de liquides destinés aux laboratoires dans de nombreux domaines scientifiques, ainsi qu'en santé animale.

Pour notre Production, nous sommes à la recherche d'un/e

Polymécanicien/ne

Mécanicien/ne de production

Taux d'activité : 100%

Vos activités :

  • Effectuer les réglages, l'usinage et le contrôle de pièces sur des machines CNC, notamment Schaublin 110 CNC avec commande Fanuc, Schaublin 102 CNC Combitec et Haas CL-1
  • Participer à la conception et à la réalisation d'outillages, de moyens de production et de prototypes
  • Assurer la bonne tenue de l'atelier, notamment en matière de rangement, d'organisation, d'instructions de travail et de gestion des instruments de contrôle et agir comme référence dans ces domaines
  • Apporter un soutien aux opérations de traitement de surface, notamment pour la téflonisation de composants en verre
  • Réaliser des opérations de retification mécanique sur machines Centerless et conventionnelles
  • Régler et utiliser les presses et autres équipements destinés au sertissage, au crimpage et à la découpe de pièces
  • Réaliser des travaux manuels d'assemblage, de retouche, d'ébavurage et de polissage
  • Apporter une assistance technique lors de la mise au point et de l'amélioration des procédés de fabrication
  • Former et accompagner des collaborateurs d'appoint ainsi que les nouveaux collaborateurs dans l'acquisition des méthodes de travail, des bonnes pratiques de fabrication et des exigences qualité
  • Contribuer, selon les besoins de l'entreprise, à différents travaux et activités au sein des ateliers

Votre Profil :

  • CFC de polymécanicien/ne ou de mécancien/ne de production ou formation équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée dans le réglage et l'utilisation de machines CNC
  • Connaissance des machines Schaublin, Haas et Centerless souhaitée
  • Expérience dans l'usinage de matières plastiques appréciée
  • Personne rigoureuse, autonome, flexible et polyvalente
  • Bonne maîtrise du français
  • Sensibilité aux exigences qualité ISO 9001 et ISO 13485
