Job Description ##

Pour le polymécanicien/micromécanicien Outilleur

  • Fabriquer des outillages et des équipements techniques.
  • Régler, utiliser et programmer des machines conventionnelles et CNC.
  • Réaliser des opérations de tournage, fraisage, perçage, rectification et ajustage.
  • Lire et interpréter des plans techniques et dessins de construction.
  • Participer à l'assemblage et au montage d'ensembles mécaniques.
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et réaliser les réparations nécessaires.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de fabrication.

The Successful Applicant ##

Vous avez le profil suivant:

* CFC dePolymécanicien(ne),Micromécanicien(ne) ou formation jugée équivalente. Expérience dans l'usinage de précision et l'environnement industriel. Bonnes connaissances de la programmation et du réglage de machines CNC. Maîtrise de la lecture de plans techniques. Aisance avec les outils informatiques et les logiciels de production. Expérience avec des commandes CNC type Fanuc, Siemens ou Heidenhain, un avantage. Permis de conduire catégorie B souhaité. Personne autonome, rigoureuse et orientée qualité. Esprit analytique, sens des responsabilités et aptitude au travail en équipe. Excellente maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit.
