polymechaniker als cnc-dreher / langdreher, 80 - 100% (w/m/d)

aufgaben:

  • sie sind für die programmierung, das einrichten und bedienen von modernen mehrachsigen cnc-dreh- und fräszentren sowie langdrehautomaten verantwortlich
  • dabei fertigen sie anspruchsvolle präzisionsteile im bereich décolletage und feinmechanik
  • sie übernehmen zudem die selbständige komplettbearbeitung von komplexen werkstücken ab stange
  • ebenso optimieren sie bestehende cnc programme, werkzeuge, schnittdaten und fertigungsprozesse
  • die durchführung von qualitätskontrollen und die sicherstellung der geforderten engen toleranzen gehören ebenfalls zu ihren wichtigen aufgaben
  • je nach erfahrung arbeiten sie auch mit cam-gestützten programmierlösungen und bringen ihre kenntnisse aktiv in die fertigungsoptimierung ein

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene ausbildung als polymechaniker efz oder vergleichbar (w/m/d)
  • zudem bringen sie praktische berufserfahrung im cnc-drehen sowie in der décolletage und / oder in der feinmechanik mit
  • das selbständige programmieren, einrichten und bedienen von cnc-drehmaschinen beziehungsweise langdrehen ist ihnen bestens vertraut
  • ebenso ist erfahrung auf mehrachsigen dreh- und fräszentren mit haupt- und gegenspindel sowie angetriebenen werkzeugen sehr willkommen
  • kenntnisse auf citizen, traub oder vergleichbaren langdreh- und drehfräszentren sind von grossem vorteil, aber keine bedingung
  • cam-kenntnisse, idealerweise mit hypermill, sind ebenfalls willkommen
  • bezeichnen sie sich als präzise, qualitätsbewusst und selbständig arbeitend sowie als technisch versiert?
