Unser Auftraggeber in der Region St. Gallen ist ein etabliertes Unternehmen mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Fertigung und Montage hochpräziser mechanischer Komponenten. Zur Verstärkung des Teams wird eine engagierte Fachkraft gesucht.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position sind Sie für die selbstständige Fertigung von komplexen und präzisen Werkstücken zuständig.

  • Als Polymechaniker programmieren und richten Sie moderne 5-Achs Fräs- und Drehzentren mit Palettenspeicher ein und stellen sicher, dass höchste Qualitätsstandards bei der Auftragsausführung eingehalten werden.
  • Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Dokumentation sowie die Einhaltung von Produktivitätsvorgaben, während Sie nach den Qualitätsnormen EN9100 und ISO9001 arbeiten.
  • Sie tragen aktiv zur Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse bei und arbeiten eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um die Effizienz und Qualität der Produktion zu steigern.
  • Ihre Expertise wird in einem dynamischen Team geschätzt, wo Sie Ihre Fähigkeiten in der Großteilbearbeitung weiterentwickeln können.

Wir erwarten ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker/in EFZ Bereich Fertigung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Grossteilbearbeitung
  • Versierter Umgang mit CNC 5-Achs Fräs-/Drehzentren oder CNC 9-Achs Dreh-/Fräszentren
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der CAM-Programmierung (Mastercam oder MDM von Vorteil)
  • Teamorientierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
