Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Schweizer Industrieunternehmen im Raum Rapperswil-Jona, suchen wir eine zuverlässige, genaue und technisch versierte Persönlichkeit als Polymechaniker CNC-Drehen / Präzisionsfertigung 80100% (m/w).

In dieser Funktion arbeitest du in der mechanischen Fertigung und übernimmst anspruchsvolle Drehbearbeitungen an CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen. Du fertigst präzise Komponenten nach Zeichnung, stellst die Qualität sicher und sorgst für stabile Produktionsabläufe.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von CNC-Drehmaschinen
  • Fertigung von Einzelteilen, Kleinserien oder Serien nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Bearbeitung von präzisen mechanischen Komponenten mit engen Toleranzen
  • Durchführen von Masskontrollen, Qualitätsprüfungen und Korrekturen
  • Wechseln und Einstellen von Werkzeugen, Spannmitteln und Vorrichtungen
  • Optimieren von Bearbeitungsabläufen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigung, AVOR und Qualitätssicherung
  • Dokumentation von Prüfresultaten, Abweichungen und Produktionsdaten
  • Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen sowie Sicherstellung eines sauberen Arbeitsplatzes

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker, Produktionsmechaniker, CNC-Mechaniker oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im CNC-Drehen oder in der mechanischen Präzisionsfertigung
  • Sicheres Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen und gutes Verständnis für Toleranzen
  • Erfahrung mit Steuerungen wie Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain oder vergleichbaren Systemen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Langdrehen, Décolletage oder in der Serienfertigung sind ein Plus
  • Qualitätsbewusste, genaue und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft für Tagesbetrieb oder Schichtbetrieb, je nach Einsatzbereich
