Polymechaniker CNC Drehen / DMG (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben: Präzision an hochmodernen Anlagen

  • Selbständiges Einrichten, Programmieren und Bedienen von modernen CNC-Bearbeitungszentren (Fokus auf DMG Mori)
  • Qualitätsgerechtes Fertigen von anspruchsvollen Präzisionsteilen (von Einzelteilen bis hin zu Klein- und Mittelserien)
  • Laufendes Überwachen der Bearbeitungsprozesse sowie selbständiges Vornehmen von Mass- und Programmkorrekturen
  • Gewissenhaftes Durchführen der Werkerselbstprüfung zur Sicherstellung der strengen internen Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Bereitstellen, Rüsten und Ausmessen der benötigten Bearbeitungswerkzeuge
  • Aktives Mitdenken und Einbringen von Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung

Qualifikationen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Fundierte und praxiserprobte Berufserfahrung in der spanabhebenden Fertigung an CNC-Maschinen
  • Ausgewiesene Praxis- und Bedienkenntnisse auf DMG-Maschinen (z.B. mit Siemens oder Fanuc Steuerungen)
  • Eine exakte, absolut selbständige und äusserst qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ein hohes Mass an Zuverlässigkeit sowie Spass an der Zusammenarbeit in einem kollegialen Team
  • Flexibilität und die generelle Bereitschaft für Einsätze im geregelten Schichtbetrieb (falls erforderlich)
