Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Schweizer Industrieunternehmen im Raum Basel, suchen wir eine genaue, zuverlässige und technisch versierte Persönlichkeit als Polymechaniker CNC-Drehen / Fertigung 80100% (m/w).

In dieser Funktion arbeitest du in der CNC-Drehfertigung und übernimmst das Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von Drehmaschinen. Du stellst sicher, dass Werkstücke nach Zeichnung, Termin und Qualitätsanforderung gefertigt werden.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von CNC-Drehmaschinen
  • Fertigung von mechanischen Teilen nach Zeichnung und Vorgabe
  • Durchführung von Masskontrollen und Qualitätsprüfungen
  • Wechseln und Einstellen von Werkzeugen und Spannmitteln
  • Überwachen der laufenden Produktion und Beheben kleinerer Störungen
  • Optimieren von Arbeitsabläufen in Zusammenarbeit mit Teamleitung und AVOR
  • Dokumentation von Prüfwerten, Abweichungen und Produktionsdaten
  • Pflege der Maschinen und Sicherstellung sauberer Arbeitsabläufe

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker, Produktionsmechaniker, CNC-Mechaniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im CNC-Drehen oder in der mechanischen Fertigung
  • Sicheres Lesen von Zeichnungen und Verständnis für Toleranzen
  • Erfahrung mit Fanuc, Siemens oder ähnlichen Steuerungen von Vorteil
  • Qualitätsbewusste, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Drehtechnik, Fertigung und praktischer Problemlösung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft für Tagesbetrieb oder Schichtbetrieb, je nach Einsatzbereich
