Polymechaniker CNC-Drehen (m/w/d) 100%

Ihre Hauptaufgaben: - Selbständiges Einrichten und Rüsten von 2-Kanal und 5-Achsen Drehzentren - Verantwortung für Qualität und Termintreue - Herstellen von Prototypen, Einzel- und Serienteilen - Überwachen des Fertigungsprozesses und durchführen von Programm, Werkzeug und NP-Korrekturen - Optimieren von Fertigungsabläufen hinsichtlich auf Steigerung der Qualität und Reproduzierbarkeit - Programmieren auf TopSolid und Programmkorrekturen selbstständig durchführen, von Vorteil - Wartung und Instandhaltung der Anlage nach Wartungsplan - Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz sicherstellen

Ihr Profil: - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker - Gute Kenntnisse in der CNC-Programmierung (Mazatrol und Siemens von Vorteil) - Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als CNC-Dreher - CAM-Kenntnisse, von Vorteil - Gute Kenntnisse in geometrischen Toleranzen - Exakte und saubere Arbeitsweise - Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein - Strukturierte und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise - Hohe Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Selbstständigkeit - Bereitschaft zum Schichtbetrieb, keine Nachtschicht
