In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position fertigen Sie hochwertige Präzisionskomponenten für anspruchsvolle industrielle Anwendungen und tragen aktiv zur Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen und qualitativ einwandfreien Produktion bei. Es erwartet Sie ein moderner Maschinenpark, ein kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld sowie langfristige Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Aufgaben ###

  • Selbstständiges Einrichten, Programmieren und Bedienen moderner CNC-Bearbeitungszentren
  • Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien nach technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Masskontrollen sowie Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Optimierung bestehender Fertigungsabläufe und CNC-Programme
  • Mitarbeit bei der Wartung und Pflege der Produktionsanlagen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitsvorbereitung, Konstruktion und Qualitätssicherung

Anforderungen ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ oder vergleichbare technische Grundausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der CNC-Bearbeitung, idealerweise im Fräsen oder Drehen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
  • Selbstständige, präzise und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähige und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
