In dieser Funktion fertigst du anspruchsvolle Einzelteile, Kleinserien und technische Komponenten auf modernen CNC-Fräsmaschinen. Der Fokus liegt auf sauberem Einrichten, präziser Bearbeitung und stabiler Qualität.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen
  • Bearbeitung von Einzelteilen, Kleinserien und anspruchsvollen Fertigungsteilen
  • Durchführung von Masskontrollen, Qualitätsprüfungen und Korrekturen
  • Lesen und Umsetzen von technischen Zeichnungen, Fertigungsunterlagen und Prüfplänen
  • Wechseln, Einstellen und Vermessen von Werkzeugen, Spannmitteln und Vorrichtungen
  • Optimieren von Bearbeitungsabläufen, Werkzeugen und Spannkonzepten
  • Mitarbeit bei Prototypen, Sonderteilen und technischen Anpassungen
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Sicherheit im Fertigungsbereich

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker, Produktionsmechaniker, CNC-Mechaniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im CNC-Fräsen, idealerweise mit 3- oder 5-Achs-Bearbeitung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen und im Umgang mit Toleranzen
  • Erfahrung mit Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc oder vergleichbaren Steuerungen von Vorteil
  • CAM-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber nicht zwingend
  • Genaue, selbständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an anspruchsvoller Fertigung und technischen Details
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
