Für unseren Kunden, ein modernes Schweizer Industrieunternehmen im Raum Buchs SG, suchen wir eine selbständige und technisch starke Persönlichkeit als Polymechaniker CNC-Fräsen / Fertigungstechnik 80100% (m/w).

In dieser Funktion fertigst du präzise Bauteile auf CNC-Fräsmaschinen und bringst dein Wissen in der mechanischen Fertigung aktiv ein. Du arbeitest an modernen Maschinen, prüfst die Qualität und unterstützt bei technischen Verbesserungen im Fertigungsalltag.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen
  • Fertigung von präzisen Einzelteilen, Kleinserien und Baugruppenkomponenten
  • Lesen und Umsetzen von technischen Zeichnungen, Arbeitsplänen und Prüfunterlagen
  • Durchführen von Masskontrollen und Qualitätsprüfungen
  • Wechseln und Einstellen von Werkzeugen, Spannmitteln und Vorrichtungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Bearbeitungsabläufen und Fertigungsprozessen
  • Unterstützung bei Prototypen, Sonderteilen und technischen Anpassungen
  • Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen sowie Einhaltung von Ordnung und Sicherheit

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker, Produktionsmechaniker oder CNC-Mechaniker
  • Erfahrung im CNC-Fräsen oder in der mechanischen Fertigung
  • Gutes Verständnis für Zeichnungen, Toleranzen, Werkstoffe und Zerspanung
  • Erfahrung mit Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc oder vergleichbaren Steuerungen von Vorteil
  • Selbständige, genaue und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Interesse und Freude an moderner Fertigung
  • Teamfähige und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
