Für unseren Kunden, ein innovatives Unternehmen im Bereich der Präzisionsfertigung, suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Polymechaniker Einrichter CNC-Fräsen (m/w/d). Sie erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche und anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit mit modernster CNC-Technologie und hochwertigen Materialien, insbesondere im Bereich der Medizintechnik.

Polymechaniker CNC-Fräsen (m/w/d) ###

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Selbstständiges Einrichten und Fertigen anspruchsvoller Frästeile auf modernen CNC-Bearbeitungsmaschinen
  • Herstellung unterschiedlicher Präzisionsbauteile, insbesondere für die Medizintechnik
  • Bearbeitung von Titan und rostfreien Stählen
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Dokumentation der gefertigten Teile
  • Überwachung der Fertigungsprozesse und Sicherstellung der geforderten Qualität
  • Erkennen und Beheben von Fertigungsabweichungen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Herstellprozessen

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ, Fachrichtung Zerspanung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der CNC-Fertigung und Feinmechanik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im selbstständigen Einrichten und Fertigen komplexer Frästeile
  • Hohes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude an präziser und anspruchsvoller Arbeit
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähige und flexible Persönlichkeit
  • Bereitschaft für teilweise 2-Schicht-Arbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
