Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes und international ausgerichtetes Unternehmen im Bereich der Präzisionsfertigung, suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Polymechaniker CNC-Fräsen / Stv. Abteilungsleiter (m/w/d). In dieser vielseitigen Position verbinden Sie anspruchsvolle CNC-Fertigung mit fachlicher Verantwortung und übernehmen zusätzlich koordinative Aufgaben innerhalb des Produktionsteams. Sie arbeiten an hochpräzisen Bauteilen, optimieren Fertigungsprozesse und bringen Ihr Know-how sowohl in die Produktion als auch in die Weiterentwicklung des Teams ein.

Aufgaben ###

  • Erstellen, Optimieren und Einfahren von CNC-Programmen für die Fertigung von Präzisionsteilen
  • Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC- und konventionellen Maschinen sowie Pressen
  • Fertigung anspruchsvoller Präzisionsbauteile nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von CNC- und Fräsprozessen
  • Durchführung, Dokumentation und Auswertung von Qualitäts- und Messkontrollen
  • Arbeiten mit modernen Messsystemen zur Sicherstellung der geforderten Qualität
  • Begleitung der Einführung neuer Produkte, Muster und Prototypen in die Serienfertigung
  • Fachliche Unterstützung des Produktionsteams und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Vorbereitung, Koordination und Überwachung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Bearbeitung von Aufträgen mit Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Übernahme ausgewählter organisatorischer Aufgaben bei Abwesenheit der Teamleitung, beispielsweise Beschaffung sowie Ferien- und Absenzplanung

Anforderungen ###

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, beispielsweise als Polymechaniker EFZ, oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der industriellen Produktion
  • Erfahrung in der CNC-Fertigung und im Einrichten von Maschinen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • CAM-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder Interesse daran, künftig mehr Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
