* Programmieren von CNC\-Fräsmaschinen mit Mastercam sowie ISO\-Programmierung (Siemens Sinumerik). * Bearbeiten anspruchsvoller Werkstücke auf 4\- und 5\-Achs\-Maschinen. * Erarbeiten von Spannkonzepten und Rüsten der Werkzeuge. * Fertigen von Einzelteilen, Prototypen und Kleinserien (bis max. 50 Stück). * Selbstständiges Ausmessen und Prüfen deiner Bauteile nach ISO 17025\. * Optimieren von Bearbeitungsprozessen. Gesuchtes Profil

  • Polymechaniker EFZ oder Praktiker mit viel Erfahrung in der CNC\-Fräsbearbeitung.
  • Mastercam\-Programmierung zwingend erforderlich.
  • Erfahrung mit 4\-/5\-Achs\-Bearbeitung \- mehr Achsen von Vorteil.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Edelstahl und Spezial\-Rostfrei (z. B. 1\.4404\).
  • Präzises Arbeiten im Bereich von 2\-5 Hundertstel.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse zwingend.
  • Disziplin, Zuverlässigkeit und eine saubere Arbeitsweise.
