Für unser Kunde, ein kleines, dynamisches Unternehmen die hochpräzise Komponenten für die Maschinenindustrie fertigen, suchen wir zur Verstärkung des Teams per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine fachlich versierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Freude an anspruchsvoller CNC-Fertigung hat.

Deine Aufgaben

  • CNC-Fertigung: Selbstständiges Fertigen von anspruchsvollen Einzelteilen und Kleinserien.
  • Programmierung: Erstellen, Anpassen und Optimieren von CNC-Programmen sowie selbstständiges Einfahren neuer Werkstücke.
  • Einrichtung: Einrichten und Bedienen moderner CNC-Bearbeitungsmaschinen.
  • Qualität: Selbstständige Kontrolle und Dokumentation der gefertigten Werkstücke.
  • Optimierung: Überwachen und Optimieren der Fertigungsprozesse hinsichtlich Qualität, Effizienz und Durchlaufzeit.

Das bringst du mit

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der CNC-Bearbeitung. - Erfahrung in der Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien. - Gute Kenntnisse in der CNC-Programmierung mit Mastercam. - Kenntnisse der Steuerungen Sinumerik 828D / 840D sind von Vorteil. - Gutes technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit technischen - Zeichnungen und Messmitteln. - Selbstständige, präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise. Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude an anspruchsvoller Fertigungsarbeit.
