Polymechaniker Fachrichtung Laser Die Franke Industrie AG, ein Unternehmen der Artemis Gruppe, ist ein Zulieferer von technisch und qualitativ hochstehenden Komponenten für die Gasturbinen\-, Luft\- und Raumfahrtindustrie als auch weitere Industriezweige. Mit unseren Kernkompetenzen Umformen, Schweißen, Laserbearbeitung, CNC\-Bearbeitung, Wasserstrahlschneiden sowie zerstörungsfreies Prüfen, konzentrieren wir uns auf die Bearbeitung von nickel\-, kobaltbasislegierten Materialien. Für unser Team in der Abteilung Laser am Standort Aarburg suchen wir per sofort eine/n Polymechaniker Fachrichtung Laser Ihre Aufgaben Einrichten, Bedienen und Warten von 2D\- und 3D\-Lasern (3\-Achs und 5\-Achs\-Bohr\- und Schneidelasern) sowie Beschriftungslasern Programmieren mit FASTSUITE, TruTops sowie dem Beschriftungslaser Herstellung und Prüfung von Werkstücken aus Nickel\- und Kobaltbasislegierungen Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit an den Arbeitsplätzen und Maschinen Durchführung von Standardwartungen an den Anlagen einschliesslich der NADCAP\-zertifizierten Maschinen Erstellung von Einrichtdokumenten für neue Produkte Mitwirkung beim kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP) Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. Polymechaniker, CNC\-Fräser oder Anlagen\- und Apparatebauer) mit 3D\-Programmiererfahrung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Laserbearbeitung wünschenswert Kenntnisse der Steuerungen von Siemens, ABB, PowerMark (Minelli) und S94P Hohes Mass an Präzision und Aufmerksamkeit für Details Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Lern\- und Leistungsbereitschaft sowie Belastbarkeit Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch Grundkenntnisse Sie wissen die Vorteile des 2\-Schichtbetriebes zu schätzen Wir bieten Ihnen eine interessante Tätigkeit in einer technisch anspruchsvollen Branche.
