Unser Kunde wünscht

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Polymechaniker
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der mechanischen Fertigung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der mechanischen Bearbeitung
  • Gute Kenntnisse mit Siemens- und Heidenhain-Steuerungen
  • Programmierkenntnisse mit TopSolid von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, präzise und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mindestens Niveau B1
  • Leistungsbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
  • Flexibilität in Bezug auf Arbeitszeiten und Bereitschaft für Mehrschichtbetrieb
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an einem modernen Produktionsumfeld

Das erwartet dich

  • Einrichten und Bedienen von 3- bis 5-Achsen-Fräs-Bearbeitungscentern
  • Herstellung von Werkstücken aus unterschiedlichen Materialien
  • Fertigung von Aufspannlehren und Vorrichtungen
  • Optimierung der bereitgestellten CNC-Programme
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen im Rahmen des KVP
  • Durchführung von Standardwartungen an den Anlagen
  • Ausführen allgemeiner mechanischer Arbeiten
  • Sicherstellen einer präzisen, effizienten und qualitätsgerechten Fertigung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen zur reibungslosen Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Kundenaufträge
