Möchten Sie Ihr technisches Know-how in einem innovativen Produktionsumfeld einbringen? In dieser abwechslungsreicher Funktion unterstützen Sie unser Team mit einem fortschrittlichen Maschinenpark in der Produktion und der Neuherstellung von Anlagen und Spritzgusswerkzeugen. Damit leisten Sie einen entscheidenden Beitrag zum störungsfreien Betrieb unserer hochautomatisierten Produktionsanlagen und deren Maschineneinrichtungen - im geregelten Tagesbetrieb (keine Schichtarbeit).

DAS KÖNNEN SIE BEWIRKEN:

  • Programmieren und Fertigen von präzisen Formen- und Vorrichtungsbauteilen auf CNC-Fräsmaschinen unter Einsatz von CAM-Systemen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Qualitätskontrolle durch Messen und Prüfen der gefertigten Bauteile
  • Mitgestalten und Optimieren von Fertigungsprozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Montage für Formen- und Vorrichtungsbau

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Polymechaniker EFZ, Fachrichtung CNC-Fertigung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb
  • Erfahrung 5-Achs CNC-Fräscenter - das setzen wir voraus
  • Kenntnisse von Heidenhain Steuerungen sind ein grosses Plus
  • Berufserfahrene Fachkräfte sind ausdrücklich erwünscht
  • Ein Auge fürs Detail und eine präzise, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Begeisterung für technische Herausforderungen und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Offenheit für flexibles Arbeiten und die Fähigkeit, selbständig und mit Eigeninitiative zu handeln
  • Sie schätzen stabile Prozesse, übernehmen gerne Verantwortung und bringen Ihr Wissen aktiv ins Team ein
