Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche: - Programmieren, Einrichten und Fertigen hochpräziser Formen- und Vorrichtungsbauteile auf modernen CNC-Fräsmaschinen unter Einsatz leistungsfähiger CAM-Systeme - Erstellen und Optimieren von CNC-Programmen für die Fertigung komplexer Komponenten sowie eigenständiges Bedienen und Einrichten von Senkerodiermaschinen - Eigenverantwortliche Qualitätsprüfung der gefertigten Bauteile durch präzises Messen, Prüfen und Dokumentieren unter Berücksichtigung der vorgegebenen Qualitäts- und Toleranzanforderungen - Optimieren und Weiterentwickeln von Fertigungsprozessen und Arbeitsabläufen zur Steigerung von Qualität, Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit - Analyse und Behebung von Fertigungsproblemen sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Bearbeitungsstrategien und Fertigungsparameter - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Montage bei der Herstellung, Abstimmung und Fertigstellung von Formen und Vorrichtungen - Umsetzung technischer Zeichnungen, 3D-Modelle und Fertigungsunterlagen in präzise gefertigte Einzel- und Serienteile - Sicherstellung einer termingerechten, qualitätsbewussten und effizienten Fertigung unter Einhaltung definierter Vorgaben und Standards

Das bringen Sie mit: - Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ, idealerweise mit Fachrichtung CNC-Fertigung - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der spanenden Fertigung, vorzugsweise in einem anspruchsvollen Produktionsumfeld - Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit 5-Achs-CNC-Fräsmaschinen und modernen Fertigungstechnologien - Gute Kenntnisse in der Programmierung und Bedienung von Heidenhain-Steuerungen sind von Vorteil - Erfahrung im Bereich Senkerodieren ist wünschenswert - Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Präzisionsbewusstsein sowie eine sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise - Freude an technisch anspruchsvollen Aufgaben und die Fähigkeit, auch bei komplexen Herausforderungen lösungsorientiert zu handeln - Selbstständige, zuverlässige und eigeninitiative Arbeitsweise sowie Offenheit für flexible und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben - Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, bestehende Prozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln und das eigene Fachwissen konstruktiv ins Team einzubringen - Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft, technischem Verständnis und Freude an kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
