Mission Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in unserer Sonderfertigung am Standort Horgen. Gemeinsam mit dem Team stellst du die termingerechte Verfügbarkeit unserer Produkte aus der Sonderfertigung sicher. Unter Einhaltung aller Sicherheits\- und Qualitätsstandards. Herstellen von Einzelteilen, Prototypen und Kleinserien Kontrollieren der gefertigten Teile mittels Mess\- und Prüfmittel Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse Durchführung der täglichen Wartungsarbeiten sowie Pflege der Anlagen und Betriebsmittel Selbstständige Zusammenarbeit mit sämtlichen Schnittstellen (Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Supply Chain, Unterhalt) Produktionsplan: Lesen, interpretieren, priorisieren und umsetzen Deine Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker:in EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker:in EFZ, Werkzeugmacher:in EFZ oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
