Im Februar 2027 wird bei unserem Kunden eine hochmoderne Fertigungsanlage angeliefert – und du bist von Tag eins dabei. Als Polymechaniker/in übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau und der Inbetriebnahme und entwickelst dich gezielt zum Spezialisten im Koordinatenschleifen. Wer Präzision nicht nur versteht, sondern lebt, ist hier genau richtig.

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist vom ersten Tag an beim Aufbau und bei der Inbetriebnahme der neuen Fertigungsanlage (Fehlmann VERSA 745, EROWA ERC 150, HEIDENHAIN TNC7) dabei Du erstellst und optimierst CNC-Programme mit Siemens NX sowie direkt auf der HEIDENHAIN TNC7 Du richtest die Anlage ein und betreibst sie selbständig – inklusive automatisierter und mannloser Bearbeitungen Du fertigst anspruchsvolle Präzisionsteile im 5-Achs-Fräsen und im Koordinatenschleifen Du entwickelst stabile, reproduzierbare Prozesse für die automatisierte Fertigung Du prüfst deine Teile eigenverantwortlich und sorgst für höchste Qualitätsstandards

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker/in EFZ oder vergleichbare technische Grundausbildung Fundierte Erfahrung im 5-Achs-Fräsen und im Umgang mit HEIDENHAIN-Steuerungen CAM-Kenntnisse mit Siemens NX sind ein Plus – wichtiger ist deine Bereitschaft, dich einzuarbeiten Begeisterung für Präzision und echter Wille, im Koordinatenschleifen zum Profi zu werden Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein Freude an Teamarbeit und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
