Beschreibung der Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellen der Produktionssicherheit unserer Betriebsmittel sowie einer einwandfreien Qualität
  • Technische Verantwortung für Schleifautomaten mit CNC\- und RelaissteuerungenEinrichten von Eigenbau\-Schleifmaschinen sowie Klingenprototypen
  • Durchführen von Instandhaltungs\- und Servicearbeiten an Schleifautomaten und der KSS\-Aufbereitungsanlage
  • Unterstützung der Konstruktions\- und Technikabteilungen bei Inbetriebnahmen und technischen Verbesserungen
  • Planen, Durchführen und Dokumentieren von Material\- und Schleifmittelversuchen
  • Pflegen von Wartungsprotokollen, Einrichtblättern und Checklisten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Anlagen und Produktionsprozessen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Polymechaniker/in EFZ
  • Erfahrung im Einrichten, Warten und Instandhalten von Produktionsmaschinen
  • Gute mechanische Kenntnisse und ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CNC\-gesteuerten Anlagen; Relaissteuerungen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Schleiftechnik bzw. spanabhebenden Bearbeitung von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitäts\- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Freude an technischen Herausforderungen
