Polymechaniker (m/w/d) ###

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Fertigung und Prüfung von anspruchsvollen Einzelteilen sowie Klein- und Mittelserien nach technischen Zeichnungen auf CNC-gesteuerten Drehmaschinen
  • Selbstständige Sicherstellung der geforderten Qualitätsstandards durch präzise Mess- und Prüfverfahren
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Arbeitsplätzen hinsichtlich Qualität, Effizienz und Durchlaufzeiten
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Verbesserung von Fertigungsprozessen und der nachhaltigen Steigerung der Produktivität

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ oder eine vergleichbare technische Grundausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im CNC-Drehen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in der Programmierung mit Alphacam sowie Erfahrung mit Fanuc- und Siemens-Steuerungen sind wünschenswert
  • Selbstständige, präzise und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Hands-on-Mentalität mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Aufgeschlossene, kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne mitdenkt und aktiv zur Optimierung von Prozessen beiträgt
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Freude an technisch anspruchsvollen Aufgabenstellungen
