Polymechaniker Montage (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die komplette mechanische Endmontage der hochpräzisen Maschinenanlagen
  • Fachgerechtes Einbauen, Ausrichten und feines Justieren von komplexen Baugruppen und Einzelkomponenten direkt in die Maschinen
  • Selbständiges und exaktes Arbeiten nach technischen Zeichnungen, Stücklisten sowie Pneumatik- und Hydraulikplänen
  • Durchführen von Funktionskontrollen und internen Inbetriebnahmen der fertiggestellten Anlagen
  • Aktive Fehleranalyse und lösungsorientierte Behebung von mechanischen Störungen während des Montageprozesses
  • Lückenlose Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten sowie Sicherstellung der strengen Qualitätsstandards

Qualifikationen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ, Maschinenmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Zwingend ausgewiesene Praxiserfahrung in der Montage im anspruchsvollen Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau
  • Ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis sowie fundierte Routine im Lesen von komplexen Konstruktionszeichnungen
  • Eine exakte, selbständige und äusserst qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ein hohes Mass an Zuverlässigkeit sowie viel Spass an der Zusammenarbeit in einem kollegialen Team
