Als Profi auf den Langdrehmaschinen übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Fertigungsprozesse im Mikrometerbereich:

  • Einrichten & Programmieren: Sie rüsten und bedienen moderne CNC-Langdrehzentren. Programme erstellen und optimieren Sie direkt an der Maschine sowie via CAM-System.
  • Prozess- & Qualitätsverantwortung: Sie überwachen die laufenden Serien, optimieren Taktzeiten und sichern die Qualität durch Erstmusterprüfberichte sowie eine lückenlose Dokumentation.
  • Instandhaltung & Rüstung: Sie bereiten Schneid- und Zerspanungswerkzeuge vor und halten Ihre Anlagen durch eigenständige Wartungen und kleine Reparaturen top in Schuss.

Das bringen Sie mit: - Fundierte Basis: Abgeschlossene Lehre als Polymechaniker oder Produktionsmechaniker. - Erfahrung im Langdrehen: Solides Know-how auf Langdrehautomaten – idealerweise mit Einblicken in anspruchsvolle Branchen wie die Medizinaltechnik. - Software- & Praxisstärke: Routinierter Umgang mit CAM-Systemen und Freude am exakten Arbeiten im Toleranzbereich. - Persönlichkeit: Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, bewahren auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen den Überblick und schätzen die Vorteile eines 2-Schicht-Modells. - Sprache: Gute Deutschkenntnisse für die tägliche Dokumentation und den Austausch im Team.
