Deine Aufgaben

  • Begleiten des Aufbaus und der Inbetriebnahme einer neuen Hightech-Fertigungsanlage
  • Programmieren und Optimieren von CNC-Bearbeitungen mit Siemens NX und HEIDENHAIN TNC7
  • Einrichten von Anlagen sowie Gewährleisten eines reibungslosen Betriebs
  • Fertigen von hochpräzisen Werkstücken im 5-Achs-Fräsen und Koordinatenschleifen
  • Weiterentwickeln von automatisierten Prozessen und Sicherstellen der Qualität der gefertigten Teile

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ oder eine vergleichbare technische Grundausbildung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im 5-Achs-Fräsen und im Umgang mit HEIDENHAIN-Steuerungen
  • Von Vorteil CAM-Erfahrung mit Siemens NX (oder Bereitschaft dich einzuarbeiten)
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Deutsch: Gute Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
