DEIN WIRKUNGSRAUM

  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson am Telefon und stellst eine professionelle, herzliche Betreuung unserer Kundschaft in Deutsch, ösisch und Englisch sicher
  • Du führst administrative Aufgaben zuverlässig aus und pflegst unsere Kundendaten in DMS und CRM
  • Du unterstützt interne Abteilungen mit administrativem Support
  • Am Empfang übernimmst Du die Betreuung unserer Kundschaft zu definierten Zeiten und abwechslungsweise an Samstagen
  • Du sorgst für ein einladendes Erscheinungsbild und Ordnung im Empfangsbereich

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Eine herzliche, offene Persönlichkeit – gerne auch mit Erfahrung im Premium\- oder Dienstleistungsbereich
  • Souveränes Auftreten, gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und Freude an einem dienstleistungsorientierten Umfeld
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch und ösisch – Englisch von Vorteil
  • Flexibilität bei kurzfristigen Einsatzänderungen
  • Bereitschaft, zwei Samstage pro Monat zu arbeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS\-Office\-Programme und Freude an administrativen Aufgaben
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbarer Ausbildung
  • Und vor allem: Du bist gerne Teil eines starken Teams

TON DOMAINE D'ACTIVITÉ

  • Tu es le premier interlocuteur au téléphone et tu assures un accueil professionnel et chaleureux de notre clientèle en allemand, en français et en anglais
  • Tu effectues des tâches administratives avec fiabilité et tu gères les données de nos clients dans les systèmes DMS et CRM
  • Tu apportes un soutien administratif aux services internes
  • À la réception, tu t'occupes de l'accueil de notre clientèle à des horaires définis et, en alternance, le samedi
  • Tu veilles à ce que l'espace d'accueil soit accueillant et bien rangé

CE QUE TU APPORTES

  • Une personnalité chaleureuse et ouverte – une expérience dans le secteur haut de gamme ou des services est un plus
  • Une attitude assurée, une présentation soignée et le goût pour un environnement axé sur le service
  • Une méthode de travail structurée, autonome et fiable
  • Très bonnes connaissances orales et écrites en allemand et en français – l’anglais est un atout
  • Flexibilité face à des changements d’horaires de dernière minute
  • Disponibilité pour travailler deux samedis par mois
  • Bonne maîtrise des logiciels MS Office courants et goût pour les tâches administratives
  • Formation commerciale achevée ou formation équivalente
  • Et surtout : tu aimes faire partie d’une équipe solide !
