Das Education Team ist der Dreh\- und Angelpunkt für alle Lehrangebote der Schulen in der Vantage AG. Es analysiert, validiert und plant neue Bildungsprodukte. Dazu mandatiert und begleitet das Team die gesamte Produkt\-Entwicklung und sorgt für den Rollout und die Inbetriebnahme neuer Produkte. 1\. Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir Dich als Verstärkung. Deine Aufgaben: * Mitverantwortung für die operative Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des gruppenweiten Produkt\- und Projektportfolios der Vantage Education Group * Durchführung fundierter Markt\-, Trend\- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Erarbeitung von Business Cases als Entscheidungsgrundlagen für neue und bestehende Bildungsangebote * Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung eines gruppenweiten Portfolio\-Dashboards für KPIs, Projektfortschritte, Timelines, Ressourcen und Abhängigkeiten * Verbesserung der Prozesse von Produktentwicklungs\- und Revisionsprojekten \- von der ersten Idee bis zum erfolgreichen Go\-to\-Market und zur Übergabe an den Betrieb * Mitarbeit und (Teil\-)Projektleitung bei gruppenweiten Bildungs\-, Digitalisierungs\- und Innovationsprojekten, in Zusammenarbeit mit Education Development, School Operations, Systems, Marketing, und unseren verschiedenen Schulen * Mithilfe zur Verbesserung des Go\-to\-Market\-Prozesses und Operational Readiness von Bildungsprodukten * Kontinuierliches Monitoring der Produkt\- und Projektperformanz sowie Ableitung konkreter Optimierungs\-, Standardisierungs\- und Effizienzmassnahmen * Zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Bildungsinstitutionen, Produktentwicklung, School Operations, Systems, Marketing, , Management und externen Partnern * Aktive Mitgestaltung skalierbarer Produktentwicklungs\-, Rollout\- und Übergabeprozesse innerhalb der Vantage Education Group Das bringst du mit: * Nachweisbare Erfolge darin, Stakeholder zum richtigen Zeitpunkt mit den richtigen Informationen zu versorgen * Abgeschlossenes Studium, bestenfalls in Business, Bildungsmanagement, Innovation * Aus\- oder Weiterbildung in agilem Projektmanagement und/oder StartUp Methoden * Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Strukturierung, Begleitung, Entwicklung, Lancierung und dem Monitoring von Produkten oder Bildungsprojekten * Nachweisbare Kenntnisse in quantitativer Datenanalyse, Hypothesenüberprüfung, evidenzbasierten Erhebungsmethoden und datenbasierte Validierung von Produktnachfrage sowie datenbasierter Entscheidungsfindung * Kenntnisse der Schweizer Bildungslandschaft, aktuellen Bildungstools, LMS, innovativen Bildungs\-und Zukunftsthemen und einem soliden Netzwerk in diesem Bereich von Vorteil Das bist du: Das bieten wir dir: * Hoher Gestaltungsspielraum und direkter Business Impact * Flexible Arbeitszeiten \& Homeoffice\-Möglichkeit * Moderne Arbeitsumgebung in Zürich Oerlikon * Bis zu 90% Beteiligung an internen Weiterbildungen * 5 Wochen Ferien \& frei am Geburtstag * Coole Mitarbeiterevents * SBB Halbtax Du bist von unserem Angebot begeistert?
