Il s'agit d'un contrat à durée déterminée d'un an, pouvant être prolongé jusqu'à 3 ans (financé par le FNS)

Description du laboratoire : L'unité de pharmacologie de la Faculté des sciences et de médecine de l'Université de Fribourg étudie les mécanismes moléculaires et cellulaires sous-jacents à la signalisation métabolique et redox en santé et en maladie. Le groupe Zuhra se concentre sur la biologie du cyanure produit endogènement, explorant son rôle en tant que nouveau gazotransmetteur et son impact sur le métabolisme cellulaire et la signalisation cellulaire (www.unifr.ch/med/en/research/group/zuhra/).

Exigences

Technicien de laboratoire expérimenté et motivé pour soutenir notre recherche avec 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle avérée en techniques biochimiques et de biologie moléculaire de base (préparation de solutions, mesure du pH, réalisation de Western blots, culture cellulaire, etc.). Une expérience ou une forte motivation à travailler avec l'imagerie confocale et la bioénergétique cellulaire serait un plus.

Diplôme (CFC / BSc ou équivalent) en biologie, biochimie, pharmacologie ou domaine connexe (une expérience en recherche sur le cancer serait un plus)

Expérience avec modèle in vivo (souris, rats). Accréditation FELASA catégorie B (fonctions UE A, C, D) ou équivalent suisse, c-est-à-dire Module1/LTK1 requis

Grand sens de l'organisation, précision et fiabilité

*

Les sélections seront effectuées de manière continue

Bonnes compétences en anglais écrit et parlé. La connaissance du français ou de l'allemand est un avantage
