Prüftechniker Elektrotechnik / Labor (m/w/d) 100 % ##

Ihre Aufgaben ###

Für ein technisch anspruchsvolles Laborumfeld suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit zur Durchführung standardisierter Produktprüfungen und Qualitätstests. Prüfdurchführung

  • Durchführung von Routineprüfungen an verschiedenen Produkttypen gemäß Prüfplänen und geltenden Standards
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Bedienern, Laborassistenten und weiteren Fachspezialisten
  • Erstellung von Prüfberichten und lückenlose Dokumentation der Prüfergebnisse
  • Erfassung von Abweichungen zur Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen

Problemlösung

  • Analyse von Prüfresultaten und Produktabweichungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachspezialisten zur Identifikation und Umsetzung geeigneter Lösungen

Wartung

  • Koordination von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Laborgeräten, Prüfmitteln und Werkzeugen
  • Sicherstellung der Einsatzbereitschaft der verwendeten Prüfeinrichtungen

Zertifizierung

  • Unterstützung externer Zertifizierungsstellen bei Produktprüfungen
  • Begleitung von Zertifizierungs- und Abnahmeprüfungen

Kontinuierliche Verbesserung

  • Einbringen von Optimierungsvorschlägen für Prüfaufbauten, Prüfmethoden und Laborprozesse
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Technologien und Prüfverfahren

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • 2 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Labor-, Prüf- oder Qualitätsumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Elektrotechnik
  • Selbstständige, präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zwingend)
