Die Gemeinde Köniz, als viertgrösste Gemeinde des Kantons Bern, zeichnet sich durch ihre Vielfalt aus und ist die Brücke zwischen Stadt und Land. Sie beschäftigt rund 800 Mitarbeitende in 100 Berufen.

Per 1\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung sucht die Abteilung Bildung, Soziale Einrichtungen und Sport, Fachstelle Prävention, Kinder\- und Jugendarbeit Sie als

Präventionsbeauftragte:r (70 \- 80 %)

Das bewirken Sie bei uns

  • Information, Fachberatung sowie Sensibilisierung von Schulen, der offene und organisierte Kinder\- und Jugendarbeit, Organisationen und Behörden zu Fragen der Gesundheitsförderung, Prävention, Früherkennung und Frühintervention
  • Information, Erstberatung und Triage von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Familien zu Themen wie Gewalt, Sucht oder sozialen Herausforderungen
  • Unterstützung von Organisationen bei akuter Problemstellung
  • Durchführung, Koordination und Beauftragung von Präventionsmassnahmen sowie deren Dokumentation
  • Leitung von Projekten sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Konzepten in den Bereichen Gesundheitsförderung, Prävention, Früherkennung/Frühintervention und Intervention.
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung eines kommunalen Aktions\- und Massnahmenplans gegen geschlechtsspezifische und häusliche Gewalt
  • Zusammenarbeit und Vernetzung mit kommunalen und kantonalen Partnern

So begeistern Sie uns

  • Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit FH/HF oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Fachspezifische Weiterbildung Gesundheitsförderung und Prävention
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Gesundheitsförderung, Prävention und Früherkennung/Frühintervention
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Thema häusliche, sexualisierte und geschlechtsbezogene Gewalt
  • Offene, empathische Persönlichkeit, flexibel und kommunikationssicher
  • Selbständiges und vernetztes Arbeiten, Organisationsgeschick
