Als Practice Solution Manager (PSM) (m/w/d) in der Vision Care-Division von Alcon spielen Sie eine zentrale Rolle beim Ausbau des Marktanteils und der Verstärkung der Kundenbindung. Sie implementieren innovative Aktivitäten, die den Geschäftserfolg unserer Kunden unterstützen, die Kundenloyalität fördern und digitale Lösungen sowie Verkaufsaktivitäten vorantreiben.

 

Der Dienstsitz befindet sich im Home Officein der Schweiz, idealerweise in der Region Zürich. Die Position erfordert eine hohe Reisebereitschaft, primär innerhalb der Schweiz, vereinzelt auch im europäischen Ausland.

 

Ein typischer Arbeitstag in dieser Funktion umfasst:

  • Beratung und Kundenbindung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entscheidungsträgern, Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) und Store Teams, um gemeinsam abgestimmte Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Einführung digitaler Plattformen durch Implementierung von digitalen Lösungen zur Kundenakquise und -bindung, insbesondere im Bereich Abosysteme.
  • Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Fitting Events zur Unterstützung und Verbesserung des Endverbraucher Kauferlebnisses.
  • Gezielte Umsetzung von POS-Strategien und Merchandising-Konzepten zur Erhöhung der Produktwahrnehmung und zur Unterstützung des Sell-outs im stationären Handel.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business Development Manager und anderen Abteilungen zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines erstklassigen Geschäftsunterstützungsmodells.

 

WAS SIE ZU ALCON MITBRINGEN:

  • Abschluss Bachelor of Science FHNW in Optometrie mit umfangreicher optischer Ausbildung und mindestens 3-jähriger Berufserfahrung.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Augenoptik oder Ophthalmologie sowie Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Einführung und Nutzung digitaler Lösungen zur Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Verkauf.
  • Ein etabliertes Netzwerk innerhalb der optischen Branche das gezielt zur Marktentwicklung, Kundenbindung und Geschäftserweiterung eingesetzt werden kann.
  • Hohe Eigenständigkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit, ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Erfahrung im Veränderungsmanagement und eine starke Kundenorientierung.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, vorzugsweise auch Italienisch und/oder Französisch.
