Praktikant Hospitality \& Ticketing (m/w) 80\-100% Für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung unseres Swiss Economic Forum suchen wir ab 1\. Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung für 9 Monate ein: Deine Aufgaben Helfer\- \& Hotelkoordination Swiss Economic Forum: Du begleitest das Helfermanagement von der Bedarfsplanung über Dienstpläne bis zu den Briefings und kümmerst dich um Hotelkontingente, Rooming\-Listen sowie Abrechnungen. Hospitality\- \& Ticketing\-Projekte: Du wirkst bei Projekten im Teilnehmenden\- und Partner\-Management mit und planst Versände in Abstimmung mit dem Kommunikationsteam. Zentrale Schnittstelle: Du betreust den Haupt\-E\-Mail\-Account von NZZ Connect und bist eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für verschiedenste Anfragen. Live\-Eventbetreuung vor Ort: Bei den NZZ Connect Konferenzen packst du im Team an und sorgst gemeinsam mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen für ein erstklassiges Gästeerlebnis. Dein Profil Du absolvierst gerade dein Studium (Bachelor) oder hast deine kaufmännische Grundausbildung kürzlich abgeschlossen, idealerweise mit Vertiefung in Eventmanagement, Tourismus, Hospitality oder Betriebswirtschaft. Erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Eventorganisation, Hotellerie oder Administration sind von Vorteil. Du kommunizierst stilsicher in Deutsch und bringst idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse mit. Eine exakte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus. Als Organisationstalent mit einer hohen Dienstleistungsorientierung blühst du im Umgang mit Menschen auf.
