The posting

Für das Sekretariat des Instituts für Notfallmedizin am Standort Triemli suchen wir ab 1. Oktober oder nach Vereinbarung, befristet für ein Jahr, eine engagierte Persönlichkeit.

Aufgaben ##

  • Du schreibst und bearbeitest Anfragen von Krankenkassen, Versicherungen, Behörden und Anwält\*innen sowie schriftliche und telefonische Anfragen von Patientinnen und Patienten.
  • Du erteilst telefonische Auskünfte an interne und externe Stellen, versendest Berichte an Hausärzt\*innen, Zuweisende und Kliniken über den Workflow und bestellst Akten im Archiv oder extern (Scanning HCM).
  • Du wickelst Versicherungsanfragen ab, stellst Zeugnisse für Unfallversicherer, Krankenkassen und IV-Stellen aus und erfasst Leistungen nach TARMED.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Weiterbildungen und übernimmst allgemeine Sekretariatsaufgaben wie die Postbearbeitung, den Versand, Materialbestellungen und das Scanning.
  • Du organisierst und führst Monats- und Jahresendarbeiten durch und übernimmst weitere administrative Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft.

Profil ##

  • Weiterbildung als Arzt- bzw. Spitalsekretär\*in (in Ausbildung oder kürzlich abgeschlossen)
  • Selbstständige, exakte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Motivierte, diskrete und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Deutsch- sowie EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
