Für die Betreuung von über 10'000 Mitarbeitenden stellt das HR Service Center die reibungslose Personaladministration im gesamten HR Lifecycle sicher. Du stehst vor oder kurz nach dem Abschluss deiner schulischen Ausbildung (Gymnasium, HMS, WMS) und möchtest Praxiserfahrung für deinen weiteren Bildungsweg sammeln? Wir bieten dir die Möglichkeit, wertvolle Einblicke in ein professionelles HR-Umfeld zu gewinnen.

**Das erwartet dich**

Im Rahmen deines einjährigen Praktikums erhältst du Einblicke in zwei Schwerpunkte unseres HR Service Centers:

**1. Halbjahr: HR-Administration**

* Du pflegst die Personaldaten im System, erstellst Arbeitsbestätigungen und bearbeitest Eintrittsdokumente inklusive der Verarbeitung von Rückläufen * Als erste Anlaufstelle beantwortest du HR-Anfragen über verschiedene Kanäle (Telefon und E-Mail) * Du unterstützt beim Post- und Büromaterial-Management (Verarbeitung von Brief- und Paketpost sowie Verwaltung des Materialbestands)

**2. Halbjahr: HR-Sozialversicherungen**

* Du kontrollierst und verarbeitest die Absenzen der Mitarbeitenden im System * Du bearbeitest die EO-Anmeldungen im Zusammenhang mit Militärdienst sowie Jugend \& Sport * Du unterstützt bei der Abwicklung und Bearbeitung der Anträge auf Familien- und Betreuungszulagen

**Das bringst du mit**

* Abgeschlossene oder kurz vor dem Abschluss stehende schulische Ausbildung (z. B. Gymnasium, Handels- oder Wirtschaftsmittelschule) sowie das Ziel, Praxiserfahrung als Vorbereitung auf deinen nächsten Bildungsschritt zu sammeln. * Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (inkl. sehr guter Grammatik) sowie ein versierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen. * Eine selbstständige, sorgfältige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise bei der Erledigung deiner Aufgaben. * Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, eine ausgeprägte Hilfsbereitschaft sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
