Als Einstieg in die Berufswelt und zur Unterstützung des Teams suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung für 7 Monate mit der Option auf Verlängerung auf 12 Monate eine motivierte Persönlichkeit.

Aufgaben

  • Sie bearbeiten und prüfen Fälle und reichen Strafanzeigen ein nach StGB und gemäss intern definierten Prozessen.
  • Sie unterstützen das Team bei Abklärungen und rechtlichen Beratungen im Bereich des Sozialhilfe\-, allgemeinen Verwaltungs\- und Strafrecht.
  • Sie sind Ansprechperson in der Zusammenarbeit mit der Staatsanwaltschaft, der Polizei etc.
  • Sie übernehmen anspruchsvolle Sachbearbeitungsaufgaben.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (mindestens Bachelor\-Niveau)
  • Interesse in den Bereichen Straf\- und Verwaltungsrecht
  • Erste Arbeitserfahrungen im kaufmännischen oder juristischen Bereich
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige, engagierte und gut organisierte Vorgehens\- sowie Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise im internen und externen Austausch sowie beim Verfassen juristischer Texte

Wir bieten

Eine vielseitige und sinnstiftende Tätigkeit in einem interdisziplinären Team von 10 Mitarbeitenden mit hoher Fachlichkeit. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, 3 Monate des Praktikums für die Zulassung an die zürcherische Anwaltsprüfung anzurechnen sofern Sie über einen Masterabschluss verfügen.

Die Zentralen Dienste erbringen Führungsunterstützung und Supportleistungen für das Kader und die Mitarbeitenden der Sozialen Dienste der Stadt Zürich. Das Team Vertiefte Abklärungen unterstützt die fallführenden Sozialarbeitenden bei der Verhinderung von unrechtmässigem Leistungsbezug in der wirtschaftlichen Sozialhilfe und bei der Erstellung von Strafanzeigen.
