Die Laboro AG ist ein spezialisiertes Personalverleih- und Personalvermittlungsunternehmen mit Schwerpunkt im Gesundheitswesen. Zur Verstärkung unseres internen Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte, kommunikative und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit für ein Praktikum im Bereich Personaladministration und Kandidatenbetreuung.

Während deines Praktikums erhältst du einen praxisnahen Einblick in die Personaldienstleistung. Ein wichtiger Bestandteil deiner Tätigkeit ist der tägliche telefonische Kontakt mit Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten sowie die Unterstützung unseres Teams bei der Koordination von Einsätzen und administrativen Aufgaben.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Telefonischer Kontakt mit Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten
  • Abklärung von Verfügbarkeiten, gewünschten Arbeitspensen und möglichen Einsätzen
  • Aktive Kontaktaufnahme mit bestehenden und neuen Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten
  • Durchführung erster telefonischer Abklärungs- und Kennenlerngespräche
  • Koordination und Bestätigung von Einsätzen
  • Nachfassen bei offenen Rückmeldungen und fehlenden Unterlagen
  • Betreuung unserer Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten im Tagesgeschäft
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen
  • Bearbeitung und Vorprüfung eingehender Bewerbungen
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Kandidaten- und Mitarbeiterdaten
  • Unterstützung bei der Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Mithilfe bei der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stelleninseraten
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Einsatzverträgen und weiteren Personalunterlagen
  • Kontrolle und Bearbeitung von Arbeitsrapporten
  • Bearbeitung von E-Mails sowie allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben

Dein Profil

  • Interesse am Personalwesen und an kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten
  • Freude am Telefonieren und am täglichen Kontakt mit Menschen
  • Offene, freundliche und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Keine Hemmungen, aktiv auf Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten zuzugehen
  • Professionelles und freundliches Auftreten am Telefon
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, lernbereite und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
  • Diskreter Umgang mit vertraulichen Personen- und Unternehmensdaten
