Das Amt für Mobilität ist das kantonale Kompetenzzentrum für alle Fragen rund um die Mobilität. Ob auf zwei oder vier Rädern, zu Fuss, mit der Bahn oder dem Flugzeug – Mobilität soll attraktiv, zuverlässig, bezahlbar und zugleich klimafreundlich sein. Wir gestalten heute das Mobilitätsangebot von morgen und berücksichtigen dabei die Bevölkerungs\- und Wirtschaftsentwicklung, die umweltpolitischen Ziele sowie technische Innovationen. Bei uns erwarten dich ein spannendes Arbeitsumfeld, sinnstiftende Aufgaben und engagierte Kolleginnen und Kollegen. Arbeitest du strukturiert und behältst auch bei grossen Datenmengen den Überblick? Interessierst du dich für aktuelle Bau\- und Planungsakten sowie historische Pläne von Strassenprojekten? In der Planverwaltung des Amts für Mobilität führen wir die zentrale Aktenablage und Dokumentation der Staatsstrassen und Kunstbauten im Kanton Zürich. Recherchen in den Aktenbeständen, die Beratung zur Aktenablage sowie die Bewirtschaftung der Bestände bilden unsere Kernaufgaben. So schaffen wir die Grundlage für fundierte Entscheidungen in Verkehrs\- und Infrastrukturprojekten. Wir suchen Dich per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung als Praktikantin oder Praktikant in der Planverwaltung (befristet auf 12 Monate).

Deine Hauptaufgaben

* Mitarbeit in der Umsetzung der Digitalisierung unserer Aktenbestände (u.a. Qualitätskontrolle der Metadaten)

* Vorbereitung von Akten und Planung von Prozessen und Qualitätskontrollen im Rahmen des Scannens der Akten durch externe Firma

* Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung von Aktenabgaben an das Staatsarchiv

* Mitarbeit bei allgemeinen Planverwaltungsaufgaben wie Anfragen von Kundinnen und Kunden, Recherchen und Auskünften

* Mitarbeit bei der Bewirtschaftung der Ablageräumlichkeiten

Unsere Anforderungen

* Du befindest Dich in einem Studium an einer Fachhochschule oder Universität \- ein technischer Bezug ist von Vorteil doch kein Muss

* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Interesse an bautechnischen Themen und systematischer Aktenablage

* Technisches Verständnis und Vorstellungsvermögen

* Ausgeprägtes geografisches Verständnis

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Office\-Anwendungen

* Körperliche Belastbarkeit und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Verschwiegenheit

* Teamfähigkeit und gute schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksweise
