The posting

Uetikon am See ist eine bevorzugte Wohn- und Arbeitsgemeinde am rechten Ufer des Zürichsees. An unserer innovativen und gut eingespielten Schule unterrichten und betreuen rund 110 Lehr- und Fachpersonen mit grossem Engagement die etwas mehr als 640 Schülerinnen und Schüler vom Kindergarten bis zur dritten Sekundarschule. Darüber hinaus bieten wir schulpflichtigen Kindern vom 1. Kindergarten bis zur 6. Klasse eine familien- und schulergänzende Tagesbetreuung in altersgemischten Gruppen an.

Praktikant:in Schulsozialarbeit 60 % ##

Die Schulsozialarbeit (SSA) ist ein spannendes Feld der Sozialen Arbeit. Ein kompetentes und in der Schule etabliertes SSA Team mit viel Berufserfahrung freut sich auf dich und bietet dir die Chance Soziale Arbeit in einem gesunden Umfeld mit viel Ressourcen zu machen. Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst zusammen mit der Praxisanleitung Einzel- und Gruppengespräche mit Schu-lerinnen und Schülern bei persönlichen Problemen und in Konfliktsituationen durch
  • Unter Anleitung unterstützt du bei Krisen oder Klasseninterventionen
  • Unter Anleitung berätst du Eltern in Bezug auf erzieherische und persönliche Fragestellungen und unterstützt die Lehrpersonen in ihrem pädagogischen Auftrag
  • Du wirkst aktiv bei der Umsetzung des Präventionskonzeptes mit
  • Du setzt dich für einen wechselseitigen Transfer von Theorie und Praxis ein
  • Du arbeitest innerhalb des Jahresarbeitszeitmodells, wobei die Arbeitsstunden vorwiegend während der Schulzeit (nicht Schulferien) zu leisten sind

  • Du bist engagiert, zielstrebig, kreativ, motiviert und bereit, selbständig zu arbeiten
