Du interessierst dich für die Kommunikation? Du packst bei der täglichen Arbeit gerne mit an und bringst eigene Ideen ein? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Per 1. Februar 2027 suchen wir eine kreative und selbständige Persönlichkeit für ein 6 -12-monatiges Praktikum.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du pflegst die Inhalte der Webseite, des Intranets sowie unsere Social-Media-Kanäle (LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Du schreibst und bearbeitest On- und Offline-Texte für interne und externe Zielgruppen.
  • Du erstellst selber Fotos und suchst passende Aufnahmen in Bilddatenbanken.
  • Du drehst und schneidest Videos und hilfst bei grösseren Filmprojekten mit.
  • Du gestaltest mithilfe einer Vorlage Flyer, Plakate und Online-Banner.
  • Du hilfst bei der Organisation und der Durchführung von Events mit und erhältst einen Einblick in die Medienarbeit.
  • Du tauschst dich mit verschiedenen Geschäftsfeldern aus und entdeckst so die Vielfalt von WAS Luzern.

Deine Kompetenzen

  • Du bist Student/in oder Quereinsteiger/in im Bereich Kommunikation und/oder Marketing oder verfügst bereits über einen erfolgreichen Abschluss (Bachelor / Master).
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in den MS Office-Programmen und idealerweise in den Adobe-Programmen InDesign, Photoshop und Premiere Pro.
  • Deine kreativen Ideen und aktuellen Erkenntnisse in der Unternehmenskommunikation bringst du in die tägliche Arbeit ein.
  • Du bist eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit einer positiven und gewinnenden Ausstrahlung.
  • Du bist ein/e Teamplayer/in und es fällt dir leicht, dich rasch in ein Team zu integrieren.
