Befristet für ein Jahr

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du gestaltest im Tagesgeschäft Themen aus dem Spitalalltag mit und lernst dadurch die ganze Bandbreite der Unternehmenskommunikation kennen. Dabei wirst du vom Team begleitet und gecoacht und kannst von unserer Erfahrung profitieren und in der Praxis dazulernen.
  • Du übernimmst früh Verantwortung für eigene Themen aus Spital, Forschung oder Supportbereichen und erstellst dafür Konzepte, Massnahmen und Inhalte, die du für die relevanten externen und internen Kanäle umsetzt. Du packst selbständig mit an, bringst deine kreativen Ideen ein und setzt diese um.
  • Als Schwerpunkt schreibst und redigierst du qualitativ hochstehende Texte aus dem realen Spitalalltag, die du auf internen und externen Kanälen publizierst. Dabei bringst du deine Freude an journalistischem Storytelling ein und erzählst relevante, zielgruppengerechte und emotionale Geschichten.
  • Du erstellst Videos und Content für Social Media und unterstützt das Community Management.
  • Du bearbeitest Medienanfragen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Medienverantwortlichen oder begleitest Medienschaffende bei Drehterminen.
  • Daneben arbeitest du in strategischen Projekten mit oder produzierst Inhalte für Website oder interne Kanäle.
  • Du pflegst aktiv die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team sowie mit Fachexpertinnen und Fachexperten aus Spital, Stiftung und Geschäftsleitung.

Dein Profil

  • Mit einem abgeschlossenen Bachelor-Studium in Kommunikation und Journalismus oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung bringst du die passende Grundlage mit.
  • Als Berufseinsteigerin oder Berufseinsteiger möchtest du in der Unternehmenskommunikation und im Corporate Newsroom anpacken, Verantwortung übernehmen und dazulernen.
  • Redaktionelles Denken liegt dir, und du schreibst gerne journalistische Texte. Dabei gelingt es dir, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich und zielgruppengerecht auf den Punkt zu bringen.
  • Exzellentes Schreib- und Storytelling-Handwerk auf Deutsch gehört zu deinen Stärken.
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe zeichnet dich aus und auch unter Belastung lieferst du qualitativ hochstehende Arbeit.

Dein Lohn ##

Dein Bruttolohn liegt bei CHF 3'400 pro Monat.
